From Sabar to Afro-House the UK has seen a surge in the availability of African diaspora dance classes and workshops, in the last three years. Here’s our pick some of the new classes springing up around the country:
Afro Jazz Dance Class with Andrea Queens A with a unique blend of African, Caribbean and Jazz dance!

Sabar with Batch GueyeFeaturing live drumming and focusing on various rhythms including thieboudienne Batch will be teaching a workshop which will fully immerse participants in the Sabar experience.

African Rhythms (all ages) with Lamin DumbuyaA mixture of West African, traditional and contemporary African dance, this fun, lively class is open to all ages and suitable for everyone who loves to dance, even beginners!
